"At Christopher Newport University I focused on field hockey for all four years, was Rookie of the Year my freshman year, 2nd Team All-American and was the team's captain my senior year. From CNU I went on to coach field hockey at Shenandoah University. After moving to the Richmond area I became the Head Field Hockey Coach at Manchester High School for four years, where I also coached girls Lacrosse. I have continued to coach for FUTURES (a Field Hockey Junior Olympic training program, now called NEXUS) and have coached soccer for Chesterfield Strikers U14 girls team, OwnTouch indoor soccer training and Futsal."
